GOOGLE ANALYTICS
AEBTS uses Google Analytics software to perform Site usage analytics. Google Analytics collects anonymous information from users to help AEBTS track Site usage and referrals. Data is used primarily to optimize your experience, but we may use the data to assist us in developing marketing plans for the Site as well. Google Analytics collects the user’s IP address, network location, and geographic location. Google Analytics collects its information directly from the user by installing a cookie (see below) on your computer. The Site does not share any information it collects with Google, and Google Analytics does not collect any personally identifying information. USER REPRESENTATION

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

You agree that this Agreement is entered into between you and AEBTS in the State of Florida, United States of America, and is performed within the State of Florida and governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida, exclusive of its choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You and AEBTS each agree to submit any claim to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Florida state district court, or if such court does not have subject matter jurisdiction, then you and AEBTS each agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, whichever of those two courts has jurisdiction, you and AEBTS each waive any jurisdictional, inconvenient forum, or venue objections to such court.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are not enforceable by a such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AEBTS relating to the access and use of the site and the Service.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

If you violate these Terms and Conditions of Use, your use of the Site will be revoked. AEBTS may notify you that you have breached the Agreement. RETURN POLICY

At AEBTS, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to AEBTS within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns exclude shipping and handling costs. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returns are subject to a $4.99 restocking fee. All online courses and downloadable videos are non-refundable.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
