Jeanette Avallone is beloved by families and patients alike for her calm, friendly demeanor and solution-oriented approach. Jeanette believes in the importance of working collaboratively with parents and families of people with autism, and she is always happy to answer their questions.

Though her expertise is on the business end of the practice, Jeanette has a long history of working with and advocating for people with autism and their families: She is the President of The Foundation for Autism Training and Education (FATE), a nonprofit organization that trains teachers on research-based approaches to educating children on the autism spectrum, in order to guarantee the quality educational experience that every child with autism deserves.

Jeanette began her career on Wall Street and was a Vice President at the Bank of Nova Scotia, heading the global bond syndicate desk for ten years. Since leaving Wall Street, she has been active in fundraising for many charities, in addition to her work with Spectrum Health Associates and FATE.
